Every boss also comes vegan with a soy burger. Always ask the staff to confirm allergens and gluten-free availability.

Burger Boss is the hamburger joint on Via Gemmellaro, a stone's throw from Via Etnea. Four different meats: donkey, horse, beef and chicken. 150 g hamburgers and 200 g stuffed ones, with the house sauces: Boss and Wanted.

And if none of the sixteen convinces you, build your own boss: base, toppings and sauces, chosen one by one. The taste is yours, you rule.
